Going through the courts
In order to obtain a Court Order or Judgement our Solicitors will take you through the appropriate Courts:
- Small Claims Court - debts less than £3,000
- County Court - debts between £3,000 to £15,000
- High Court - debts in excess of £15,000
The Enforcement of Judgements Office
In Northern Ireland, if a debtor refuses to pay after a Court Order one option is to go through the Enforcement of Judgements Office (EJO). Our solicitors are experienced in moving your claim forward in an efficient and timely manner.
